Orders & Menu
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens right in the browser. Nothing to install, no sign-up.
Can the menu be in several languages?
Yes. The menu can be shown in Romanian, Russian and English at the same time — each guest picks their language.
Does it work for delivery and takeaway too?
Yes. TableTap handles dine-in, delivery, takeaway and third-party platforms like Glovo in the same dashboard.
Kitchen & Bar
Do I need a special kitchen screen?
No. It works on any tablet or monitor with a browser. If you prefer, orders can also be printed automatically on the thermal printer.
Do drinks and food go to different places?
Yes. The system automatically routes each item — drinks to the bar, dishes to the kitchen — with no manual setup per order.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The local agent keeps printing tickets, and orders stay in sync once the connection is back.
Staff & Notifications
How does staff receive notifications?
Through the native Android app (background push) or directly in the browser. Alerts arrive instantly, even with the phone locked.
Can several waiters use the same device?
Yes. With PIN switching, each employee logs in quickly and receives only the notifications and permissions of their role.
Can I limit what each employee sees?
Yes. Access is role-based — a waiter does not see financial reports, and the kitchen only sees the dishes to prepare.

How long does setup take?
Full setup takes 1–2 business days. The system can be tested live the same day.
How much does TableTap cost?
Monthly subscription, no long-term contract and no hidden costs. The price depends on the size of your venue — request a tailored quote.
Does it work with my current equipment?
Yes. TableTap works with any fiscal device, ESC/POS thermal printers and card terminals.
Does it issue legal fiscal receipts?
Yes. TableTap integrates with your fiscal register and generates fiscal receipts automatically at payment, with daily X/Z reports, compliant with Moldovan law. It works with Tremol S25, SmartOne ECR and adapts to other fiscal registers.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Both the staff interface and the customer menu are available in Romanian, Russian and English.
